DTDC Tracking Status Guide

Understand what each tracking status means, what usually happens next, and when you should take action.

Booked

Shipment information created and parcel accepted into the courier network.

Picked Up

The parcel has been collected from the sender.

In Transit

The shipment is moving between origin and destination hubs.

Out for Delivery

The local branch has dispatched the parcel for final delivery.

Delivered

The parcel was successfully delivered to the receiver.

Exception

An issue needs attention, such as address problem, failed attempt, hold, or return flow.

How to read timeline events

Shipment checkpoint history usually starts with booking or pickup, then shows movement scans at operational facilities, then reaches a local branch before final delivery. If a shipment enters exception flow, read the latest note carefully and contact support when necessary.
